Affiliate Disclosure

True Cost of Email is reader-supported. When you click through to a software vendor from this site and become a paying customer, we may earn a commission from the vendor. This costs you nothing extra — the vendor pays it out of its own margin, and your subscription price is the same with or without our link.
What this means in practice
- Prices are never edited to favor partners. The billing math on this site comes from vendors' official pricing pages and plan documentation, dated with the month of verification. A partner relationship gives no vendor the right to change what we publish.
- Not every tool pays us. Some platforms we compare have no affiliate program or we have chosen not to join it. Coverage and recommendations are the same either way.
- Rankings follow the bill, not the payout. Our comparisons model what you pay at your list size. Where a cheaper-for-you option pays us less, we still rank it on price.
- "Who should not switch" is mandatory. Every guide includes the cases where staying put beats moving — even when moving would earn us a commission.
If we ever accept sponsorship or paid placement, it will be labelled explicitly on the page and noted here.
